• Executed a company re-brand, with a focus on elevating and diversifying the brand image. Successfully repositioned the brand from low to mid-high price points. Creative direction of all product development, web and B2C campaigns.
• Directed teams of creatives, engineers & developers in USA, Asia and Europe. Ensured on-brand marketing strategies, with high-level partnership acquisition such as Sotheby’s.
• Conceptualized, produced and directed a brand video with production located in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.

Concept, Production + Direction
My process includes: conceptualizing key frames/aesthetic/message, location scouting, sourcing the right team, production and coordination, directing on set, and post-production management.

The main goal of the video was to create a visual experience for the audience, while making crystal clear the high end design and quality of the brand’s proprietary fabric and construction technique. My vision was to correlate the details of the garment construction with images that portrayed organic symmetry, durability, quiet luxury, airiness, and attention to detail.

The video became a communication primary support of Medelita, for private presentations, web and major events. It separated the brand from its fast fashion competitors.

The Featured Brand Video
As Creative Director for US brand Medelita, I was asked to produce and direct a branding film about their lab coats. The film had been shot at the company’s factory in China and Vietnam, with additional shots in Hong Kong.
Example of how I envision shots
I saw the seamstress do this with the brand’s proprietary fabric and the movement reminded me of ocean waves. I then directed to shoot this in conjunction with an ocean shot, and a water drop pooling on the fabric to highlight the fabric’s moisture wicking abilities.

About Me

I’m Eliane Pinto Rosado—born in Brazil, schooled in Boston, fine-tuned in New York City, and adopted by California. At the peak of the global 2020 pandemic, my husband received military orders and I moved to Japan while pregnant. I lived in Japan until 2023 with my husband, my daughter and two dogs. We now reside in San Diego.
I’m a practitioner of all things design, with an extensive education background from RISD (design), Brown (psychology), Parsons (fashion) and Harvard (marketing business management). My approach to work is always team-oriented and forward-looking, focusing on creative direction and design solutions using my 10 yrs+ of experience working in the media, luxury, tech and e-com industries.
I enjoy: unexpected adventures, aged whiskey and binging Pinterest.
I believe in: staying humble and hungry for knowledge.
I always: try to learn something new.
Ironically I: own a Ducati Monster 695 motorcycle and 102 pair of heels.
